Brenda L. Murzyn

 Attorney

Brenda received her Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University in 1976.  After four years in the business world, she attended law school, obtaining her Juris Doctor Degree from Northern Illinois University in 1983. 

She began her law career in the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office and then moved on to work as a litigation attorney for 6 years at a firm in Naperville, IL.  Brenda began her own firm in 1990 and is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Indiana. 

Brenda is an active member of both the DuPage and Will County Bar Associations, as well as the DuPage County Arbitration and Real Estate Committee, Illinois Real Estate Attorney's Association and American Bar Association.  She is married with three children and has lived in Naperville, IL for over 20 years.

James recieved his Bachlor of Arts in Sociology, Criminal Justice and Political Science from Carthage College and his Juris Doctorite from The John Marshall Law School.  He attended law school at night while working as a law clerk during the day and is currently finishing his LL.M/Master of Law in Intellectual Property.  After graduating, James was in private practice before joining the Law Office of Brenda Murzyn in 2010. 

James is an active member of the DuPage County Bar Association and Illinois Bar Association.  James enjoys volunteering for the United Way, participating in a Murder Mystery Fundraiser in early 2010.  James is Married and is a lifelong resident of DuPage County.
